I have written a lot of text tonight, but I have been jumping around in different parts of the text, and mostly written a sentence or paragraph here and there. I am not sure what to share today so you will just get this paragraph that I think is very important when prioritizing your ideas:
“After this, I usually ask the group to look at all the ideas in front of them and instead of trying to be objective ask them to be completely egotistical and choose the task they would love implement. They then put a dot on that idea. By allowing them to show which the idea they love we can find patterns that we couldn’t see by using the more objective analyses above.”
