This weekend I did a workshop for Consid Malmö on Team collaboration and Scrum. It was a combined course and team building. I talked about how to develop teams and improve collaboration while doing exercises to build them as a team.
The best part for me was when we used FIRO-B to look at the three most important behaviors to make teams work. It is such a simple tool to quickly understand others better and get clear ways of improving how we work together.
To make Agile and Scrum work you need to have the tools and methods to build effective teams, but most organizations don’t take the time to learn or implement them. I am really impressed with how Consid has decided to build their organization and their teams with both soft and hard skills.
Thank you for two great days!
